BY TRYING ANY OF OUR SERVICES YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR ASSENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

•  All subscription Periods are consecutive months.
•  One month is constituted as four consecutive weeks.
•  Direct payments (money orders or cashier checks) should be made and mailed to:

•  Personal checks and/or out of state checks may take up to 5-7 business days to clear.
•  There will be absolutely no refund.  Due to highly proprietary and confidential manuals/materials and software, there is no refund for any of the Winning Edge Systems. Furthermore, due to highly confidential information provided with any of the Winning Edge Signals subscription services, there is absolutely no refund. We also do not prorate canceled subscriptions, nor offer weekly, or daily subscriptions. Due to the unique nature of our systems and/or signals we do not offer any trial periods. We do however urge you to do your due diligence before signing up for any of our systems and/or subscription services.
• Cancellation Policy:
  Subscription to our services may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either National Trading Group, Inc. (Winning Edge Strategies and/or www.winningedgesystem.com ) or the Subscriber by e-mail or by telephone. When termination is requested by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Cancellation of service is not official until Subscriber receives e-mail confirmation from www.winningedgesystem.com  . If Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must call our offices to resubmit the cancellation and verify that his/her e-mail address is correct.
  
  Subscribers who subscribed for more than one month may only receive partial credit toward the Winning Edge other services (i.e. trading signals and trading system and courses) less the full fee for the first month.  Subscribers who wish to discontinue Day Trading Signals, Intra-day Updates, and Swing Trading Signals subscription service, may apply, if approved by National Trading Group, Inc., the remaining unused fee toward the tuition for one of the Winning Edge Strategies courses on a pro-rated basis. The pro-rate fee which may be only credited towards other services of the www.winningedgesystem.com based on the schedule as follows: up to the end of first week 50%, up to the end of second week % 70 and up to the end of third week 90%.

  The information available through www.winningedgesystem.com  and www.tradingpersonality.com is the property of National Trading Group, Inc. and may only be displayed, formatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information received through www.winningedgesystem.com  to anyone, including, but not limited to, others in the same company or organization, without the express prior written consent of National Trading Group, Inc.
  
  You may not post any content from National Trading Group, Inc. to news groups, mailing lists, electronic bulletin boards, or chat rooms without the express prior written consent of National Trading Group, Inc.
